Versa notifications only show clear when trying to respond, iPhone 11

I am glad to assist you with your concern about the Versa notifications showing only "Clear" when you try to respond. Thank you for the information that you're using iPhone 11. I would like to advise that quick replies feature is currently available on certain devices paired to an Android phone. Devices paired to an iPhone or Windows 10 phone can only respond to Fitbit app notifications, such as messages, cheers, taunts, and friend requests. I’m having the exact same issue. Looking at help videos shows a range of options when a text comes in. The only option I have is “clear”.

Hello @WeeLucia81 and welcome to the Community. Quick Replies aren't available on iPhones because of an Apple limitation. There's nothing Fitbit can do about this issue.
