Updated my Versa and now no vibration or ‘notification’ of text. It’s there, I just have to constantly swipe down to see if I have a text. Did everything in the troubleshooting guidelines...multiple times on phone and versa. Both completely up to date. Super frustrated!

Thanks for your post and for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iOS mobile device are you using? You're experiencing this inconvenience only with text notifications or with phone calls too? Is your device vibrating when you setup and alarm or not at all?
In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I have exactly the same issue with exactly the same phone and on the same software - my Fitbit vibrates for phone calls and when I set an alarm but doesn’t notify me for any notifications however I can view them when I swipe down on my Fitbit. I’ve tried everything in terms of Bluetooth/disconnecting etc however still no luck, I have my work e-mails come through on my watch so I’m finding it really infuriating.
