Versa 4
data on heart rate normally shows in a blue chart. Showing the movements over the day. Since yesterday that screen is now showing as attached.
I have restarted the versa 4. Logged out of the app and restarted phone (iPhone 15). Firmware on versa and app on phone up to date. Have done everything the same on my wife’s Versa 4 and hers is working fine. But not mine.

Hello @Robn and welcome to the Community. I moved your post to the iOS forum, a better fit for this issue. What version of the app do you have?

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

I have both the app and the iphone fully up to date. I believe that trialling the Premium offer has caused the problem because that is when it started. I have cancelled the Premium but it seems like it will run until the trial period ends. This is no good.
I need to strip back out the premium 'upgrade' and see if that fixes the issue. How do I do this please?

Morning Robn,
I have also recently updated the app on my iPhone and all the daily heart rate log have disappeared, they still show for weekly or monthly. I can only imagine this must be a fault with the last update and needs a fix. I look to any other users that have faced similar issues since the update. Let’s hope Fitbit / Google send out a new app update to fix very soon.

Maybe the update coincided with me trialling Premium. The support team are just going through the delete/reinstall steps which haven’t fixed it so far. The ‘illusion’ of customer service 😖 Hopefully they will fix in the next round of updates.
