Very limited data appearing on new iPhone

Hi all. Happy New Year!

A couple of days ago... I had to get a new iPhone, downloaded the FitBit app and logged in. It says it has synced with my Charge 6, but so much data is missing.

Oddly, I can see my Steps when I look by the Year (over three years) and I can see them for the last couple of days but can't see any data from three or more days ago (when looking at Day, Week, Month).

The only other data I can see, again oddly, is my weight over the last three years.

Please do any of you have any ideas how I can fix this? I'd be ever so grateful.

Thank you.

Best,

Guy

Hello @GuyUK

I moved your post from the Charge 6 product help forum to the iOS app forum, a better fit for your question.

@RiekoC Thank you for helping us keeping the Community in order.

@GuyUK A warm welcome to the Community! Happy new year to you  too. Thank you for your message and information.

Just to confirm. When you want to see your stats, do you see a blank space, an error message or anything else, where the data is missing?
are only steps missing, or any other stat is not showing?

In the meantime, sync your Fitbit device/ Pixel Watch with the Fitbit app.
Log out from the Fitbit app.
Uninstall the Fitbit app.
Turn your phone off and on again.
Reinstall the Fitbit app and log in again.

Try to look up the missing data again.

Hi Juan,

Thanks very much for your help.

I did what you suggested and it looks as if I definitely have got more data back this time. Oddly, there's a four-day blank for when I was waiting for my new iPhone to arrive but that's not a showstopper. Thank you.

For anyone else out there with a similar problem, I found that sometimes 'demanding' the data made it appear on the app. For example, in Steps, I was going to last year and getting zero and I then tapped to the year before and back again to last year and the data was downloaded. At least I think that's what happened! Hope this helps. Good luck!

Thanks all very much!

Best wishes,

Guy
