Vitamins logging in Fitbit app

I am tracking foods especially for fiber intake. When I click show Nutrients, I've noticed illogically high vitamin %. For example I've just had breakfast and lunch and am showing 1,026,756% for Vitamin A and 8,757% for Vitamin C, and 618% for iron. So, I went to my online dashboard to look up what food may have had an incorrect entry for Vitamin A. I have manually added up the % for all Vitamin A being reported in what I have consumed. I get 407%. That's quite a difference compared to 1,026,756%. My experience tells me one possible explanation is a wrong math operator in the apps programming. For example, did the programmer use a X instead of the + . That's one way I can see an exponential mistake.
