Voice cues are incorrect

Is anyone else having this problem? When tracking exercise, the voice cue comes on and says something like "1mile in 18hours, 2min, 45secs" and that's for every mile. However when I check the app, the gps has tracked and synced my exercise correctly. Correct mile splits and times. Just the voice cues are off.

I've already submitted an inquiry on it and have gotten replies such as rebooting, restarting phone etc. I've even deleted the app and redownloaded it. I've turned off the time zone set automatically.

This was my latest response from Fitbit:

Hello Cathy,

Speak clearly? Speech settings? Speak slowly? Am I missing something? I have no idea what they want me to try? I've resorted to turning off the voice cues entirely. Bummer cuz I use the voice cues to see if I'm making improvements. Anyone have any ideas? I'm not getting much help from fitbit.

Thanks
Cathy

HI there @KitCat99, good to see you around in our Community and I believe there was a misunderstanding from our Support Team.

I can understand your point of view with Voice Cues and thank you for bring this to my attention.

On other cases, @DerrickS has recommended to do the following:

1. Opening the Fitbit App and clicking the Account button in the bottom-right hand corner.

2. Click "Exercise Tracking" under settings.

3. Make sure that "Play During Exercise" is toggled on and that the voice cues are configured to your preferred settings.

For more information please visit the original thread to see other user's opinion and workarounds. In the meantime I will share your feedback with our team.

Hope this helps, If I received more updates I will let you know.
