Voice cues counting 0.62 mile instead of 1.0 mile

Hi there,

My run cues are showing during a run, and on the app after a run, every 0.62 miles instead of 1.0 mile.  Oddly, the overall stats at the top of the page on the app give me average pace per mile!

Logging in on a laptop, I have definitely set the distance to centimetres, and made sure the run cues are every 1.0 mile in the device settings.

I have even followed the advice given to another user who had the reverse problem of wanting every 1.0 km, but getting every 1.6 km.  The advice was to switch to the 'wrong' distance setting (miles or km), log out of website and also the app, log back in to make sure it changes, then change it to the correct settings, log back out again, and log back in!  So some kind of reset.  I've done that, and it still shows as 0.62 miles.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

David

I tried again to change settings from miles to km, then back to miles again, and hey presto my run cues are now every 1 mile, so all is good.

Hello @Cauteleux, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Since when have you experienced this situation? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app?

Would it be possible for you to reply to me with some screenshots where the issue is showing? That will be very helpful for me to check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.
