Today, my Fitbit died and so when I got home I put it on the charger. My dog still needed her walk, so I went ahead and set my iPhone 7 (fully updated to the latest software) to mobile sync. I strapped the iPhone to the armband I wear daily, and set about Stella and mine's routine. The GPS recorded the walk itself just fine. I can see the route's ending and beginning. However, the 3.38 mile walk shows 0 steps taken, 66 calories burned and 0 active minutes.
First of all, the walk was 1 hr and 11 minutes.
Second of all, when I go to a previous 2.54 mile walk I see that I got 5820 steps, 298 calories and 42 active minutes. How does a walk nearly 2 miles longer get less than these stats? How do I get credit for the steps taken during this walk and how badly is this going to skew the 12 week program I'm following from the Premium Dashboard?
Sorry about the long post, and thank you in advanced for any help and/or feedback. I'm super bummed that the stats didn't record correctly. I love the fitbit dashboard on the app and on the desktop. I use it religiously every day and the fact that Fitbit Flex 2 has to charge once a week shouldn't make me need to pause in order to get credit for the hard work on the app.

Hello @oddities1991, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
This seems like a very odd situation, but it's possible the app is not updating the information with our servers correctly. In this particular case I would like to suggest you going to the activities section of the online Dashboard and check if the information about your activities is showing correctly there. If it is, please try the following on the app:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else I can do fro you.
