Want to start challenge but can’t see friends below 13 K

If a start a challenge I won’t see my friends below 13 k.  This problem is during several years and still no solution? Fitbit its about time u fix this! My Phone: iPhone 11. Fitbit: Flex 2.

Hello @winnyh1965 and a warm welcome.  Can you please clarify what you mean when you start a challenge?  Are you setting up the challenge?  Is the challenge in progress?  

 

I am not aware of a problem like this lasting years.
