Watch keeps ringing after I’ve answered my phone

Since the last update when I answer calls in my phone my versa will keep ringing and then I don’t get any audio on my phone call from my iPhone. Additionally, my drop down for notification on the watch has a bunch of “blank” texts and even if I clear them they don’t go away.

Hi @camryn17m - have you tried restarting your watch - it seems that there was a problem at some point and that the sync is/was not working.

In principle if the watch and phone are syncing well you shouldn't have this problem, it may also need a phone restart and see how it goes.

If you want to follow how well the connection between the watch and phone is doing try the free SimpleCheckUp app. This will tell you when you last synced but more importantly allow you to know if the watch is connecting easily to the Fitbit App at any time, directly on the watch, so you don't need to get your phone out.
