Weekly Alta Fitbit report not received for 2 weeks

Suddenly stopped receiving weekly Fitbit reports on how many steps etc for a full week

Anyone know how to solve this

I am sorry to hear you stopped receiving your weekly Fitbit reports. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. Reports are sent out on Mondays and continue through Tuesday. I recommend checking your spam/junk folders if the emails are not in your inbox.
