Weekly exercise stopped working this week, I do the same thing each week as a recess teacher and always met my goal now, all of a sudden Fitbit charge 2 stopped tracking. Haven’t changed a thing in my daily activities, and have done the same daily activity since September? Any suggestions, I have iphone7 app. TIA

Hello @Dustycat1000 thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, have you restarted your Charge 2 lately? Have you restarted your phone and updated the app as well? If so, please reply to me with a screenshot of your weekly exercise so we can check this further.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

Hello @Dustycat1000, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. I'm very glad that after restarting your device your issue was resolved. Now, if you don't have a computer at hand, you can use any USB port to restart your Charge 2.
Thanks again for your participation in the Forums, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.
