Weight is showing 0.2 and can not update, this going on for two weeks

We're seeing the same problem now for weeks too. When doing a data export to CSV, the data is correct so the problem is likely with the display of values on the page. The weight chart and table is incorrect showing 0.2 lbs for all weights.

So we have a problem, experienced by a number of us, that has been active for four months. Fitbit .... an answer please.

I provided browser logs and screenshots showing the issue. A couple months later, I asked for an update and received the following email below. I asked a couple of times since then and now Fitbit doesn't respond at all to the ticket/emails.
