My weight log is not calculating correctly on my dashboard in the mobile app on my iPhone 8. It will not start at my beginning weight. How can this be corrected?

Hello @bobrmp, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply and add some screenshots to your post. Smiley Happy

Judging by the information in the screenshots, it seems the date for your starting weight was set up for Jan. 14th., which is why the goal only shows 2lbs lost. Now, if you'd like to edit the starting date for your weight loss, please go to Account > Nutrition & Body Goals. In here, tap on the date and adjust it for a date of your choice. Then go back. The weight will be adjusted automatically.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to ask you for a screenshot of what you're able to see in the app regarding your weight logs. This will be very helpful for us to check this further and determine what we should do.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.
