Hi, I started using a charge 5 Fitbit a couple months ago and just went to log my weight in my Health app on my iPhone. Well, while there I saw that sync somehow listed my initial weight, and had logged it daily at 11 am… and retroactively added it for a full TWO YEARS prior to my use. The logs starts in 2019 and now I have to manually go in and delete all of them to track my ED. This… really upset me and I don’t know how to fix it or prevent it from happening again.

As I cannot edit to add this: when I adjusted my weight in the app it suddenly — and again retroactively — changed the logs to reflect my new weight. So, once again, for two years it looks like I have weighed myself at 11 am and have been stable at this new weight. Again. I have an ED. my weight is not and hasn’t been stable. This is really upsetting and I don’t want to keep using this device anymore.
