Weight tracking error

My smart scale shares my weight with the app, however whenever this happens the app also records a 2nd weight (same weight every day and incorrect). It says it is manual but I am not doing this.

Hi, @JasCarrier , I had that particular bug intermittently for a long time - two weights with one listed as manual, even though I never entered my weight manually.  

It may help to make sure that the apps for both the Fitbit and the scale are up to date.  Also depending on which scale you use it may help to revoke the link and then re-set it up.  Hopefully that will flush out whatever is going on.

My fitbit is obsessed with the weight 225. No matter what weight I put in, it will immediately add an entry (timestamped for 11:59pm, so it overrides everything else) for 225 lbs.  It will then average my manually entered weight with this random number.  I have no idea where it's getting it from.  I disconnected all connected apps.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I checked my fitbit profile online and my weight is correct there.  And still it keeps doing it.

Our team is aware of the issue and is looking into it. 

They 'll work on a solution afterwards. 

Hopefully this gets solved soon.

Same thing happened to me. A few dsys ago, I changed my goal weight and now it keeps entering the same weight, saying it was manually entered. I delete it but reverts right back. I can't keep track of weight loss goal if I can't enter my real weight.
