Given FitBit's new app charts are worthless from an analytical standpoint, I decided to pay for Premium, which is what their app downgrades were designed to entice us to do. ...The ONLY data I need daily is my year to date resting heartrate chart, however, half the days wheb I request my report, it takes yesterday's report, gives it a new name, and sends it to me again. For instance, today is the 20th, and when I download my report it only includes data uo through the 18th, which is funny, because yesterday's wellness report also included up the the 18th. One file is names after the 19th, and the other after the 29th, but they are identical. If I cannot access my data every single day, what good is it?
Is there any way to get a new Wellness Report every day, or some days are we just not given what we pay for?
