Hello @Diesal and welcome to the Community. Here is a link to all the User Manuals. This might help get you started. Sometimes it hard to differentiate between two models. For example, a Charge 3 has a metal frame, but the Charge 4 is all plastic. A Versa model might have one button, three buttons, or a haptic button (looks more like depression and isn't a physical button). Sometimes this site won't let a new user add pictures, but you should be able to add them now, if the manual pictures don't help. We would need both sides. Sometimes the sensors look very different.
