Newbie here... I disabled continuous sync, but my iPhone 6s seems to be draining too quickly, and BT is always on and connected. What happens if I just turn BT off? How long can the Charge 2 collect data before I need to sync it with the host device without losing anything? If I do that, will the Charge 2 also hold longer with every charge? I'm kind of afraid of turning BT off in the iPhone since I don't want to lose any training data, I'm starting with this thing of trying to have a healthier life 🙂
Thank you!

Welcome to fitbit!
The Charge 2 can hold up to 7 days of data between charges. If it goes longer than that then it starts holding data at a daily summary level rather than minute by minute and it can hold summary data for up to 30 days.
What I do is leave bluetooth off and turn it on to sync once or twice per day.
Reducing the sync frequency will help with the fitbit's battery life although I can't say by how much.

Turning off Bluetooth on an iPhone will make very little difference to the battery life. It uses low power Bluetooth so will be using very little of the battery power you have and your battery issue is more likely to be something else on the phone causing the issue. I have my bluetooth on all day to use my Charge 2, car connection and wireless headphones and have no issue.
On your phone if you go to Settings > Battery it will show a list of what has used how much battery on your phone and potentially point you in the direction of what is causing your issue.
