When I select a run it goes straight back to the Home Screen

When I click on a completed run it takes me straight back to the Home Screen so I can’t see the details. I have reset my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app. Still no joy! Any suggestions please? Thanks

Hi @CallyJane.   Do you use an Android or iPhone?  I've seen a few posts where users are having trouble seeing their exercise details in the Fitbit app.  App issues are usually on one platform, not both.  You post can get moved to a better fit forum.

This is the first time I have used the forum so I don’t really know the best place to put it. I will have a look now. I have an iPhone.

@CallyJane   I moved your post to the iOS forum.  I use an iPhone, too, but haven't had an issue.  I searched the iOS forum and users say it happens with GPS is used.  Is this the same for you?

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that when you select a run, it goes straight back to the Home Screen. 

I'd like to let you know that our team has already informed us about this issue. They told us that users can visit the App Store and download the Fitbit app version 4.51.1, which should fix the issue.
