Hi, Does anyone know when Cardio Load and Target Load metrics will be rolled out to Fitbit devices with Readiness Score? According to the website Gadgets & Wearables it should start the 9th of December, but i haven't received that functionality yet. From what I understand they will only be in the Fitbit/Google app and not in the device like it does in the Pixel Watch 3. Anybody that knows more related to this exiting new metrics?

Hi everyone! Thanks for sharing your Cardio Load questions. Thank you for sharing your screenshots @alexthecat, and @LZeeW

Starting December 9, 2024, with Fitbit app version 4.26 or higher, Cardio load is available in the Fitbit mobile app for these new devices: Inspire 2, Inspire 3, Luxe, Sense, Sense 2, Versa 2, Versa 3, Versa 4, Charge 5, Charge 6, Pixel Watch 1, and Pixel Watch 2.

@vee, a Google Account is NOT a requirement.

Thanks for the heads up @LZeeW.

Have a great day!

@GoBos   Features like this don't roll out to users all at once.  In my experience, it can take weeks for this to roll out to all eligible users.  I haven't seen anything else in my tech news feed.

It was announced on Google/Fitbit’s blog & had been reposted by many sites since it came straight from Google. On Reddit many people are asking the same thing. Where is it? Yea we know Fitbit still rolls things out slowly but does ANYONE have it like anyone? A lot of us have been anxiously awaiting the feature

the blog post…

"Stay in tune with your body's recovery Our enhanced Daily Readiness algorithm and new tools

— Cardio Load and Target Load — originally launched with Pixel Watch 3. Now they're coming to Pixel Watches and Fitbit smartwatches and trackers that support Readiness starting

December 9. Powered by Fitbit's advanced health and fitness capabilities, these metrics help you know your body better and balance activity with recovery so you can optimize your workouts and rest to prevent overtraining. On Pixel Watches, you can view these metrics on-wrist within the Fitbit Today app or by adding the Readiness complication to your watchface, and for Fitbit devices you can view these metrics in your Fitbit mobile app's Today tab."

@waynezwor1d I have the feature but I also have a Pixel Watch 3, so I'm not a meaningful data point.

The "Build Cardio Fitness" focus may come to you in an update to the Fitbit app. I would suggest continuing to check whether an app update is available to you and keep checking the "Customize Today" screen for that new focus option.

Here's a screenshot with a red circle on the pencil to access the "Customize Today" screen. I'm sure you know about that already, but others may not.

The new tile appeared on my iOS app on Monday inside the activity section. Since then, a pop-up screen has been appearing, notifying me of the addition. If I click on the tile to get more information, a screen comes up with generic information and a next button that does not Move on to the next screen. I am using an Fitbit charge five running version 4.32 on an iPhone SE third generation running iOS version 18.2. Again, it appeared on Monday and pop-up screens with a notification appear intermittently. I am blind and hope you will be able to understand my ramblings And I have dictated this on my iPhone.

You can use the Cardio load tile as shown, or use the Build cardio fitness focus that @alexthecat included in her screenshot.  Please see the Help article for details and instructions.  It needs seven days of data to calibrate.  You must wear your Fitbit to sleep.

Do you need to have moved to Google to get this? I see a lot of people on Facebook talking about it and my app was updated today but I still do not have cardio load.

@vee   I will flag your post to get moderator input.  The linked Help article doesn't mention it.  BTW, I didn't get Cardio load when I updated to v 4.32.  It showed up 2 or 3 days later.

This is weird. I have a pixel watch 2 but can't see the the daily readiness score and cardio load on the actual watch. I can see it on the phone but not the watch. I seriously hope I will be able to see it on the without glancing at my phone. When I search it up, it says I am supposed to be able to see it, but I think that it only applies to the new pixel watch 3. I've tried everything, but I can't find it under the complications or the Fitbit today on the watch.

@techwiz865 you are right! Readiness and Cardio Load are available in the Fitbit app on the Pixel Watch 3, but not on the Pixel Watch 1 or 2. Google is pretty good about bringing new features to earlier devices and I bet we'll see Readiness and Cardio Load on the Pixel Watch 1 and 2 eventually.

If you'd like to provide feedback to Google on this, open the Watch app on your phone. Scroll down and select "Tips & Support". Then select "Send feedback" and share your thoughts.
