Why can't I be found on my friend's list for challenges

It seems as though this is an issue with other folks too.  My friend is trying to add me to a new bingo challenge, the 3 challenge between us, but now she cant find me.  What is up this app??

I am sorry to hear your friend can't find you in the friend's list to invite you to join the challenge. Thanks for the details shared and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
4. Reboot the phone.
5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
6. Try to invite a friend again.
