I did a hike yesterday and made sure to check that my fitbit was connected to my phone and that GPS tracking was enabled. Whenever I go to my dashboard online I can see a picture of the map but when I click into it the map consistently fails to load.
Any ideas?
Edit: I just wanted to add that I've done all the usual sign out, force quit the app and restart my phone stuff so I'm looking for a less generic and more helpful answer.

Hello @ThePopcornMaker and a warm welcome. I rounded some numbers, did the math, and calculated that this was about a nine hour hike. Right? Other users have posted the same issue -- that very large maps will not load -- despite the fact that the thumbnail loads in the recent exercise.
Fitbit has never published the maximum size map it can load. There should be some guidance from Fitbit about this issue. It will let users like you know to break down long activities into segments.

Thanks for the reply. Should I mark my question as solved or leave it open to bring attention to the issue?
