Why was I charged 53.49? I have the regular apps for IOS 10 IPhone 7 & IPad Air 2? I just set this

Fitbit's iOS app is free but there is only an iPhone version.  If you are trying to install it on your iPad you need to set the App Store to look for iPhone apps when you sign in with your iPad in order to install the free fitbit app.  Normally when you sign in to the App Store from an iPad you see only iPad apps.  There are some 3rd party iPad apps that are supposed to sync with your Fitbit account and download your data but they do cost money.  If you bought one of those by mistake contact Apple and return it.
