@LizzyFitbit  @JuanFitbit If I purchase an Inspire 3 - will I get my step, distance, floor, and calorie history back? Obviously won't be able to continue with floors since it doesn't have an altimeter. I am trying to stay with Fitbit... but need this clarification.

I've moved your post to a different thread so we can keep the forums organized. I'd like to clarify that all the information you've synced will remain in your profile as long as you're using the same and correct account.

With this in mind, I'd recommend double checking the email address linked to your profile. If everything is alright, go ahead and proceed with the setup process of your Inspire 3 with the instructions described here.
