If not already done feel free restarting the tracker & the phone.

Welcome to our Community @F3rgu5_McFallen! Thanks for stopping by! Robot HappyI noticed @SunsetRunner  provided you with a great suggestion to help you resolve your issue. I'd like to add that you need to make sure you're setting up your alarm by doing the following:

1. Once you've paired your tracker to the Fitbit app, tap Account > Silent Alarms. From there you can add a one-time alarm or a recurring alarm.
2. Tap "Set a new alarm."
3. Make sure the slider is in the on position.
4. Select the day or days you'd like the alarm to occur, then select then time for the silent alarm.
5. When you're done, tap Save.

Hope this helps, let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
