Workout and GPS not working on Ionic

It’s been 2 months now. Since I updated my iPhone IOS 13. My Fitbit ionic is not working. No workout app, no gps and no text receive

Hi @Lynnex_79. It's nice to see a new face in the Forums.

 

Thanks for letting me know about your Ionic and the issues experienced with it. I'll be here to help you out with each inquiry. In regards to the notifications, our team is aware of this issue which started to happen after updating to iOS 13 or higher. They're currently working on this and please visit this thread where you'll receive more updates about this.

 

Now, about the exercise app, could you please provide me with more details about the issues experienced? Is this related to the GPS not being tracked? If you've not done so, please try restarting your Ionic and check this help article which describes some factors that may affect the GPS tracking.
