Exercise is not being detected whether my Fitbit Charge is on auto or manual. FB advised me on 28 September that this was a known problem and a fix was expected shortly. Contacted them again yesterday and my ticket remains open.
The first image shows how FB worked until the beginning of September. Clicking on Exercise days, took me to the Exercise window listing the Workouts. Clicking on Workouts, allowed me to see the desired heart rate plot.,
The second image shows now. Exercise is usually not detected or not detected fully. Both examples are shown in the attached. The heart rate zone plot is not detected.
Has anyone found a solution or heard if one is expected?
If not, is there a third party app that will link to the fitbit and produce the heart rate zone plot?
Is there a good alternative produce that we can use to track exercise and generate the zone plot?
