Wristband not working

Hi, I have set up my tracker on my iphone. But my wristband isn't working. It is fully charged. When I touch it, it continues to read 'fitbit.com/setup.' I have worn it out and about but that didn't get it started. Please help I'm dying to get started with it.

Hi, yes I restarted the tracker. Its still not working. Other ideas? Much apprecitated.

If having a Fitbit Charge / Charge HR, these trackers can be restored to factory settings & relink the tracker afterwards to the account. When having another tracker, fastest to exchange at the store of purchase.

Caution > This erases any tracked data (on the tracker) since the previous sync. If possible, make sure the tracker recently sync'ed to your account.
