Wrong heart rate and sleep stages with iOS 13.1.1

Since updating the app to 13.1.1 my heart rate data is incorrect and doesn’t reflect reality, in 100s when I’m lay down and sleeping, no resting heart rate displayed on the dashboard, average heart rate just shows 66 across the 3 days since the upgrade and doesn’t correspond to the inaccurate heart rate shown across each day.

No detailed sleep data captured. Wearing an althr.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @AlexaMoores

I’m sorry to see you’re having trouble since the 3.11.1 update. I have an Alta HR as well and have managed to update without issues like you are experiencing. I would try restarting my Alta HR first to see if that resolves things. You will not lose any data doing this.

Here’s how:

  1. Plug your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display. Your tracker will begin charging.
  3. Press the button on your charging cable 3 times within a few seconds, briefly pausing between presses. The button is on the end of the charging cable that is plugged into your computer. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
  4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable. Now try sync your Alta HR

If restarting your Alta HR fails to resolve your issue try these steps:

log out of the Fitbit App, then force shut the app by swiping  the App upward

completely shut down your device, wait 1-2 mins then restart your device

now log back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password

    now sync your device

😃 Please let me know if this helps with your issues. Keep me updated.

I am having the same problem on my charge 2, the app is not showing my sleeping or restoration heart rate. I updated to Premium and it did work for a few days but suddenly stopped.
