Hi @AidanCaulfield welcome to the Community! Smiley Happy Let me know if you already tried to log into the Fitbit app and tap on your steps tile, if you scroll all the way you'll be able to see your month total. However, could you please add an screenshot to understand your issue a little bit more and in the mean time I recommend to restart your tracker and set it up as a new Fitbit device.

I have pictures. http://postimg.org/image/3l4oqoiyh/ As you can see, I have gone nearly 8,000 steps today. http://postimg.org/image/vaarcupdd/ But as you can see though, it says I just have over 3,000 this month.
