I know this is a common problem, but all the solutions I've seen posted haven't fixed this for me.
bought a Charge HR December 2015, could never pair with my iPhone 6. Tried resetting the app, the device, my Bluetooth etc. nothing worked and I got frustrated and gave up. Left the Fitbit at a friend's for a year and finally got it back. Was hoping that with several IOS update, the problem might be fixed. Nope!
I have: deleted and redownloaded the app, logged out and in, restarted the phone, restarted the Fitbit, updated IOS, turned the Bluetooth off and on, all to no avail. My phone definitely recognises the device, I always get to the step where I enter the four digit number to pair, then it 'loads' for ages and fails.
Just hoping that that after all this time someone might have FINALLY come up with a working fix. I don't think it's in warranty anymore.
