Zip syncing issues

Started yesterday, stuck at 2,000+ and would not register on iPhone so when I came home I tried desktop with no luck. Tiday I have 7<783 steps and cannot post them, help.

@keejac Hey that sounds weird. Just our of curiosity, have you tried restarting your Zip? That might do the trick. To restart, please do the following:

 

  1. Open the battery door using the battery door tool and remove the battery.
  2. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Place the battery back into the tracker with the "+" side facing up, and close the door.

Force quit your Fitbit app and try to sync again. Let me know how it goes! Cat Tongue
