The app has been sitting on the "hang tight, we're cleaning things up for you" screen for about an hour.  I have tried restarting my phone.

Hello again @LuvMyFlex

Im super happy to see your phone is compatible. 😃 I think your best to just uninstall the Fitbit app then shut down your device, wait 1-2 mins then restart your device. Once your device is fully loaded then head to the App Store and download the Fitbit app. Once it’s downloaded just sign in as you normally would with your email address and password. You will see Bluetooth prompts to pair so of course say “Always”. You Will Not lose your data reinstalling the app.
😃 Please get back with me and let me know if this solves the issue.

Hello @LuvMyFlex
I see your Fitbit app is hung up. Are you downloading it for the first time or are you updating the Fitbit App? Also can you please check here to ensure your device is compatible with the new Fitbit app: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=Compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

I am updating the app.  I've been using it for several years.  It got hung up, after the update, so I then looked to see if I needed an iOS update, which I did.

I have an iPhone 6, which is on the list of compatible devices.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated! 🙂
