app not showing tracked activity HR info when using GPS

Hi

My fitbit app is not showing HR info when doing a tracked activity with GPS on my mobile.

This is happening to both mine and my wife's apps. somehow the HR ui for tracked activities with GPS on the new app (iOS) isnt displaying. if I had to take a wild guess I would say that the app devs forgot to enable\build this feature in the new version when using GPS tracked activities.

Im pretty sure those QA testers are getting a hiding now

 

Please advise when this feature will be enabled again.

It is a known bug by now.  There are already several threads complaining about this.

 

But the problem affects older versions of iOS app and the old dashboard too, not just the newer version of app and dashboard.

 

I am using app 2.95 (839) with the old dashboard and I have the same issue when starting the tracking via the app (to get voice cues).

 

The alternative is to use the tracker to initiate GPS connected tracking; no voice cue but at least you have HR and map.
