app setting notice

From time to time I get a partial notification on my phone about Fitbit settings. I can't click on that notification, nor can I find it later. It is saying something about updating  my settings to better track. I have gone to settings and have location setting on "always". Does anyone know what these notifications are about and what I'm doing wrong, or how to stop them? I can't even follow the info because there is some text, followed by "..." which lets me know there's more info. These notifications are not found where I see other app notifications. Can anyone help me?

Hi @Lizzz38 - this may be one of the issues with the new Fitbit App which loses connection after a while.

Simply try restarting the watch, and if necessary the phone and sync.

Not sure how to do any of that, and it's fine. I just turned off notifications.

@Lizzz38 - hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

In the Fitbit App pull down on display to make it sync and keep notifications on.

The message you see on the watch about Fitbit app settings is a tip, not a notification.
