trying to use the barcode scanner on app & all the food comes up as " sorry we cannot find this item " even things like marmite , fibre one bars among them , i have tried about 10 items of food! is there a problem with the scanner? first time i have used it

@Claire22 You can fix this fitbit.com dashboard -- haven't found a way to change this in the app.
On your fitbit.com dashboard, click on the gear icon in the upper right, then click on Settings. On your Personal Info page, you can get to the Food Database. Switch it to U.K., submit, then you should be all set.

hi just tried this suggestion & it was on united kingdom food database already , but the barcode scanner is still not recognising any of my food?
do do i need to have bluetooth on when i scan the barcodes?

I have the same problem. Just checked my settings and I’m on U.K. too
