charge 2 isn't syncing

My Charge 2 wasn't syncing to my phone. I reset it, logged out the app, deleted and reinstalled app, turned my phone off and back on, turned Bluetooth on and back, removed the charge 2  from the app and now I can't reinstall it back on the app. It's not finding the charge 2. I have a iPhone 5s. Any help would be great.  Thank you

I am having the same problem. I deleted my flex 2 thinking I could add it back in but it just keeps seeking. Flex 2 is fully charged and keeps sending me hourly reminders to move.

I contacted customer support and Sebastian got me working again in just a few minutes.
