charge 2

My charge 2 stopped connecting to my iPhone it just keeps looking. I rebooted both the charge and my phone but still nothing. I even shut the Fitbit down and turned it back on.

My iPad died three days ago I thought maybe that was the problem so I shut off the cloud. Still nothing. Any other suggestions would be appreciated

Hello @Dottyab1, it's nice to see you around!

If your iPad is still around, it's possible your Charge 2 is still linked to its Bluetooth. Please go to the Bluetooth settings on your iPad and check if Charge 2 is paired; if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then, try to sync with your iPhone once again. If it's still not syncing I would recommend the following:

  1. Restart your Charge 2
  2. Restart your iOS device
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
  4. Try to set up your tracker as a new device:
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
    • If the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Thank you so much. I had restarted both with no results. But the pairing did work.
Thx again & happy holidays
