connecting charge 4 with new iPhone SE 2nd generation

I have got a new iPhone SE and cannot get my charge 4 to connect with my phone, it says it has found the fitbit but cannot connect and on the phones bluetooth cannot get charge 4 to show although i have successfully connected both our cars via bluetooth

I now cannot even get it to connect with my old phone its says it found the tracker but will not connect just whirrs round and round then comes up with retry
