fit bit flex and iphone six plus not connecting

I have just purchased a flex, I cant get it to connect with my fit bit app on my phone iphone 6 plus - then tried pc and wouldnt on there either! 

I restarted app - phone and the actual flex - i am stumped!! Help please

I hint you'll find the flex Bluetooth is too old for the iOS 10 in the iPhone which is why the flex has a plug in for a laptop

It doesn't work on the dongle for the PC either

Hello @louisepr, it's nice to see you around. @GGsXC, welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Adding to what @GGsXC mentioned, every Fitbit tracker should be able to pair and sync with the iPhone 6 plus even if it has been updated to the latest iOS version. @louisepr, if you're Flex is still not able to set up, I would like to recommend the following:

1. Restart your Flex one more time and leave it plugged in. Make sure is fully charged before trying to set it up.
2. Restart your phone. 
3. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone, wait for 5 minutes and turn it back on.
4. Try to set up the tracker once again.

If that doesn't do the trick, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about the steps you've performed so far, I'm positive they will be happy to assist you further.
