Hello @ttak2, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. ![]()
Usually, when the app crashes is because it hasn't been updated lately. Please go to the App Store and tap on the Updates tab. Update the app if necessary. In case the app is fully updated, please logout from the Fitbit app, restart your tracker and log back in, then check if the app closes itself.
I hope this information had been useful, keep me posted in case you need anything else! ![]()

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, at this moment I would like to ask you to restart your phone and if the app is still crashing, please uninstall it and reinstall it. If you can, please sync your tracker one last time before uninstalling it.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome. ![]()
Best AnswerManaged initially to get Fitbit app to work after deleting and reinstalling. Now after a few days it required me to log in again for security reasons. Unfortunately I can’t log in at all... ‘something keeps going wrong’ and it can’t send an email to change password. So frustrating!
