flex won't sync to the ios app

The only way to get my flex (second one I've had) to set my alarm is to reboot my phone. If I don't reboot my phone it just sits there syncing forever. After I reboot the phone and it sets the alarm right away. I have not had problems with syncing fitness data. This has been going on for 3 years, with 2 different flexs and many updates.

Hello @Ymmitg, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board.

It seems very odd that your tracker is not syncing correctly only after setting up an alarm. Nevertheless, I would like to suggest restarting your tracker in case any bug or unfinished process is interfering with the syncing process.

If after restarting your tracker the app is not syncing after setting up an alarm, forceclose the app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up the app. Then open it and try to set the alarm once again.

I hope this can be helpful, in case you need anything else feel free to reply!
