heartbeat monitor rolling statistics

I am starting to age (and at 61 feel it). Generally fine and do far more exercise than most people of my age. I have problems with very low heartbeat - and I would not be classified as 'super fit'. So before this problem gets away I would like to download all the heartbeat stats my Surge has logged over as long as possible. The averages all look fine but on detail examination I often plunge to 46bpm. I need to download the base stats and times to map whats happening and the triggers that may cause it to happen. Any help?

Wow, @edwells59! That's a low HR! Glad you found us here in the Forum. I track my heart rate for my Cardiologist, but for opposite reasons.

While Fitbit does not offer a way to download the stats, Here is how I handle it:

  1. At first I pulled up the stats on the dashboard or in the app and took a screen print of the relevant graphs each day.
  2. I quickly had too many screen shots to work with. So, on my iPad, I created a worksheet where I simply logged the relevant numbers and times on a daily basis. Here, I am also able to add what ever notes I wanted, looking for triggers then dealing with them, when possible.

Yes, it is work. But I made it work because it was important to me. It seems to be important to you, too. Good job getting here with your questions! Maybe others will have suggestions. Good luck! (FYI, I'm 67.)
