@CorrineMB, glad your back on line. Hopefully you will not experience any more bugs. Thanks for posting your findings. Hopefully others will be able to pass on your experience to those who have crashed unexpectedly.

Updated my iosapp today and thought Wow! New update, I hope they included widger... But no......

Why not include widget now when it has a useful feature on ios10?

Thanks, Aclobos! It was kinda unnerving how I have come to rely on my FitBit over the past almost-year--and how distraught I was that it wasn't syncing, that I couldn't track anything, etc. And funny how much relief I felt to be back up and tracking!! 🙂

Rodge,

I hope you're up & running A-OK with your iOS 10 update and FitBit. I'm so relieved to have that ordeal over. lol

Yep there is definitely a problem with the sync, all of a sudden sync stopped, please fit bit sort the IOS10 issue out. Otherwise the products are useless

I'm so sorry to hear you have been having the same problem! Mine is now fixed (so far, so good). Have you tried the same steps I tried? I outlined them in the comments. I really hope that works for you. My Fitbit felt useless for a couple/few days there, and it was awful. Now it appears all is well, and I even switched to a new Charge HR yesterday...and it all worked smoothly.
Best of luck to you!!!
In sympathy,
Corrine

I was unable to sync to my iPhone 5c since updating to iOS10. My FitBit app had been updated to 2.2.7.1. I hadn't updated my iPad so paired that with my FitBit and that worked fine (though bulky to cart around). Today I noticed that the Bluetooth connectivity to my car for my phone wasn't working so realized it might be an iPhone issue. I reset my iPhone network settings (and unpaired from my iPad) and e everything is working great now.
