Hello @Paella1411

Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Notifications issues is a known issue at this time since the newest iOS Update. Fitbit is currently working on the issue and will hopefully fix the issue soon. In the meantime please use this thread here to address this issue (You can also find tips, workarounds and others discussing this exact issue): https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/m-p/38...

😃 I realize this is not the resolution you were seeking but I hope I pointed you in the right direction

So it’s either a updated phone and a broken Fitbit or an out of date phone & a working Fitbit. Is there actually a fix in the pipeline? Looks like this error has been know for a while now.

Hello again @Paella1411

Honestly all I know is Fitbit is aware of the problem and working on a fix for the problem. Any and all information pertaining to this issue is addressed in the link I provided. iOS 13 is riddled with issues. It’s spoke about not only in the news but all over the internet as well. It didn’t help that iOS then threw out two more updates quickly after the first one and either didn’t address issues or made them worse. They have made the security permissions so complex that shared notifications (such as your experiencing) faulty or difficult to navigate. That’s all the information I have. I’m really sorry I can’t help more then that.

Hello again @Paella1411

You may have noticed a banner when you first logged on explaining that notifications are something they are aware of and working on. Other then that any updates or tips/suggestions are being offered in the link I sent in the previous post.

Yes I did see it. But it wouldn’t hurt to send an update.
