When I opened to Fitbit App on my iPhone 13, to sync it with my Charge 5, I was greeted by a white screen with fitbit at the top and a blue stripe at the bottom. I’ve opened and closed the app, restarted my phone several times and still see no data in the app. I can’t even tell you the version of the app, because I can’t get into settings. Yes, I’ve searched the community and have done what people suggested, still blank app screen! HELP!

Hello @LindaSCI08 and welcome to the Community. Please try deleting your app, then downloading it again from the App Store.
I moved your post to the iOS app forum, a better fit for your issue.

I had the same problem on my iPad. I followed the steps recommended by LZeeW below and it is now working after reinstalling the app.
