iOS App is not staying logged in AGAIN

There have been numerous threads about this with Fitbit saying that they are on it. It seemed to have been resolved, but the error has reappeared yet again this week, numerous times a day.
What is going on and when will the issue be permanently resolved?

@Kinderjail It's great to see you in the Community! Seems odd that your Fitbit app doesn't stay logged in. The issue should be resolved by now. However, I'd like you to make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed. If so, try logging out of the app, turn off your phone and turn it back on. Once this has been done, open the app, log in and check out if it logs you out when you close the app.

Keep me posted on the outcome my friend and I'll be around! Smiley Happy

Hi
It is my iPad not my phone. I don't believe I have the most recent version installed, as my version of iOS does not support it. I am not updating my iOS as there are issues with the updates.

I am currently using version 81 of Fitbit and iOS 7.1. Which worked perfectly fine 12 months ago and then goes in and out of working for a few weeks then logging off frequently.

Thanks in advance for a workaround or the ability to reinstall a previous version that did not have this error.
