iOS App not syncing?

Has anyone else had trouble with their Fitbit/app today?? I contacted three different agents because my Fitbit refused to sync my steps with the app; every time I opened the app it reverted back to 3,898 steps (very specific I know, but it's been that all day). I was basically told it was something with the app, and to try back again in 24 hours if the problem persisted.. is anyone else experiencing this?

I am having the same problem today. I charged it but it won't sync and my time is now off over 3 hours. I also am getting the error 18 message when updating the tracker.

 

iPhone 7 and IOS 10.3.3

I've spent over an hour and they have no clue except to explain how I can find an email in my computer. Very frustrating-- they simply cannot think something is wrong.  It will not let me log in and NO I am not getting the "forget your password?" email and they cannot get me access.

It took me forever to finally get to "wait 24 hours and see"... I guess my frustration showed because the last agent I spoke to was a little rude. 

It seems to be working okay now (knock on wood), although it did not "recover" my data as he said it would... they eventually sent my "case" to the engineering department after concluding that 1) I actually knew what i was talking about when I said it wasn't working, and 2) it was the app and not my device

I cannot even log in any longer and though lets just sign up again and--it will not allow me to do that. So.....it wants a new email  and name to do that. And it will not let me get a reset email.  It's kind of over for me...they were so condescending when they are obviously having problems with the update.  Thanks Im glad it is working-- it was a gift from my BF so this will be awkward. lol
