Inaccurate, takes 10yrs to sync, sync usually fails once or twice, missing full days, support sucks! Done with this, Getting rid of this Fitbit!

@gianuzzi these devices can be recycled at Best Buy. If you want to keep using it, then be sure you have a compatible smartphone and the latest app for your system. Syncing can fail if you're not close enough to the phone or the connection fails. Rebooting the device and the phone often helps. You try getting with customer support?
